Description
The third of our Autumn restorative yoga series. This 2-hour online or in-person workshop will be about deep rest. As Mother Nature tucks her head under her wing for the Winter, so shall we. Focusing on calming the parasympathetic nervous system, the yoga practice will include postures conducive to rest and inner-healing as we gather our energies in. We will return to our intentions with Yoga Nidra in perparation for the Winter Solstice and the move towards the light. This is a very rich, fertile time for inner work and we will practise with respect and care for all the newness that is nascent under the surface at this time of year.
Gentle flow, long-held restorative postures, soothing breath work and yoga nidra. Pyjamas welcome! If you are attending in-person, we'll be at Victory Hall with candles, delicious healthy treats and warm tea of cacao. If you are joining us at home, grab a hot cup of something and snuggle up with your mat, a pile of blankets and as many cushions as you can get hold of.

The in-person workshop will take place at Victory Hall, Uphill, BS23 4XG. There is parking at the venue. Please bring your yoga equipment with you.
