Within each of us is an intricate energy system that is made of seven prominent “spinning wheels” or Chakras that reside along the spine. These chakras are part of our subtle body anatomy and affect us physically, mentally, and emotionally. Often when we feel out of balance, one or more of the chakras need attention. Certain yoga practices can help bring these energy centers back to balance, which we will explore in this unique workshop. Join Karen Babcock, ERYT-500, and Reiki Master to balance and reset your energy through the chakras in a relaxing, fun, and creative way.

This workshop will discuss the seven major chakras and help you experience them in your body and mind. You will learn to read your chakra energy with a pendulum, be guided through yoga postures for each chakra, and then transition into a meditation intended to connect and complete the process of bringing your entire chakra system into harmony. Honor these seven energies of light and leave feeling more balanced and reinvigorated. Take with you some new tools to read and balance your energies.
