Creative Movement & Pre-Ballet is a 45-minute class designed to introduce young dancers to the world of dance while developing essential gross motor skills required for primary dance instruction.  They will learn basic ballet steps such as plié, tendu, elevé, the 5 positions of the arms and more. Throughout this class, students will delight in dramatic music movement, fostering their creative expression and developing a basic understanding of locomotor movements. Our focus lies in cultivating musical awareness and encouraging exploration of movement, all while emphasizing proper body alignment during movements across the floor.
