Description

Two whole hours of dedicated “you” time to connect with and learn about your HIPS! Whether you’ve had a hip injury or replacement, have chronically tight hips from daily activities, or are just curious to know more about your hips and how they operate, this is your chance to start to build a better relationship with these powerful parts of your body and learn how to bring both mobility and strength to these joints that carry us through our days.

Blending together restorative and exploratory movement with fun anatomy tidbits and time to ask questions, Emily’s “Getting to know your…” series of workshops will help you connect more deeply to and feel better working with your body, so that you can feel comfortable and aligned with your joints and muscles and the kinesthetic teamwork needed to keep them operating optimally.

The building is often locked. Please come to the doors at the ramp at the back of the parking lot at 240 Roncesvalles and either come in and up to the second floor or wait for Emily to come and get you approximately 5 minutes before class.
