DESCRIPTION: Perfect for any and all fitness levels. This is the first level of our kids aerial hammock classes!
PRE-REQUISITES: None!
AGES: 9-14
PLEASE NOTE - **THIS IS A 7-8 WEEK SESSION** - NO CLASS ON STAT HOLIDAYS
**PLEASE be on time to pick up your child. Our instructors will be teaching another class immediately after and cannot wait with your child**
- Accounts MUST be under the childs name (not the parent)
**Please remember our dress code: recommended to wear leggings and
a t-shirt. No Jeans, no ties, no buttons, no zippers
Special Instructions
**CLASSES WILL NOT RUN ON STAT HOLIDAYS**
- No Zippers or jewelry will be allowed on the fabric,
- Please send your child with plenty of water
- Please send your child in leggings and a capped sleeved (t-shirt) or long sleeved shirt
