Crystal Bowl Sound Healing

A Crystal Sound Bowl Healing Session is a relaxing experience using the vibration of sound from crystal singing bowls being placed around the body to break up blockages from the emotional, physical, and metaphysical level. It allows you to completely let go and receive a re-alignment to your entire energetic body using powerful sound vibration. Crystal singing bowls are made up of quartz crystal, which has an innate ability to amplify and transfer energy. This session allows for all the healing intention carried on the sound vibrations to be focused on you. You may be fully awake or fall into a deep meditative state, or light sleep. You are likely to feel relaxed and refreshed by the end of the session. There is also the possibility for healing to occur during or in the hours following a session, depending on your readiness developmentally and/or spiritually.
