Join speical guest Amy as she guides you through Rocket Series 3. This class is 90 minutes of movement, breath, and creative play. The practice will consist of traditional Surya Namaskar A and B (Sun Salutations), many different standing variations as well as forward bending, arm balances, and backward bending. This class provides modifications and opportunities to workshop new postures and transitions. It will help you find the foundational steps to explore outside your comfort zone to show you how you can really TAKE OFF on your mat. Throughout class, there will also be optional hands-on assists.

 

After you create the FIRE, you can immerse yourself into a shocking but beneficial Optional ice bath. An ice bath can be a true testament to breath and body connection. This process helps flush away metabolic waste, helps improve circulation all with a magnificent endorphin release. It can also help reduce anxiety, stress, and have a positive impact on mental health.
