Pass Hold Policy as follows:
Eligible members with a 12-month AutoPay unlimited monthly membership on hold for up to 14 days per life of the contract, for a minimum of 7 days in length each.
72 Hours Notice Required to review and process requests. Must be provided via e-mail to info@sweetserenityyoga.com. Holds cannot be backdated unless due to medical reasons, and a Dr's note must be provided. The current month will be extended, and payment dates will be adjusted forward by the number of days on hold.
