Break the ice with a mini cocktail hour social and snack session (BYOB optional) before diving into freestyle floorwork.

 

Join us in this unique opportunity to have a blast and tap into what makes your movement “you” in a safe intimate environment. All levels welcome!

Bring heels/socks, kneepads, and your favorite outfit.

 

This workshop will be 2 hours long, including a 30 minute cocktail “hour” and 90 minutes of dancing! Light refreshments will be provided.
