Join Laura for a three hour hatha and philosophy inspired workshop designed to invite inner peace and relieve stress.
Part one: A traditional Hatha yoga practice incorporating breathwork (pranayama) and postures (asana) to ground and strengthen the body whilst focusing the mind.
Part two: Tea and talk - open discussion on what ancient yoga scriptures teach us about modern living.
Part three: A deeply nurturing restorative yoga practice to reduce stress, relieve tension and enjoy stillness in guided meditation.
Suitable for all levels including beginners.
