Join Ewa for a three hour workshop focused on developing a better connection to your breath. A combination of Hatha Yoga to prepare the body, introspective restorative practice to increase self awareness and a range of different yoga breathing techniques.
Part one: open the body from the groin to the upper chest, clearing the way for the breath. Become familiar with the structures that support breathing process
Part two: Calm the mind and encourage internal focus through restorative poses including backbends and inversions
Part three: Simple yoga breathing practices to encourage a positive connection with the breath and to understand how to breath deeply and fully.
Suitable for all levels including beginners.
