FINDING STILLNESS
This course offers you the chance to experience some serenity and
calm in the midst of your week.
The course is relaxed and will help deepen your meditation
practice. Beginners are welcome.
We will contemplate some simple meditation topics and enjoy
guided visualisation journeys.
Week 1
YOU - learning to take a pause and feel into your real self.
Week 2
AWARENESS - learning how to go deeper into your consciousness and
not live on autopilot.
Week 3
IMPERMANENCE - accepting all experiences, and how to practice
detachment.
Week 4
PRESENCE - we are all connected by energy, our intuition guides
us.
Week 5
SIMPLICITY - how to feel comfortable with silence and
emptiness.
