Join Roxy for an indulgent afternoon of nourishing yoga, breathwork and meditation focusing on the vagus nerve.
Delve into techniques and practices aimed at stimulating this crucial component of the parasympathetic nervous system. The vagus nerve plays a vital role in regulating stress responses, promoting relaxation, and improving overall well-being.
Part one: flow through a series of gentle energising yoga poses to generate warmth in the body, activate the parasympathetic nervous system and explore the use of breath and mantras to bring your focus on connecting to yourself and nurturing a positive mindset.
Part two: get cosy with props and blankets for a floor-based practice including mellow stretches that will open your body in a soft supported way.
Part three: enjoy breathwork exercises and meditation to deeply relax and unwind, cleanse your energy and balance your mind leaving you feeling fresh, renewed and prepared for the winter season.
