Join Lucy for a high energy dynamic Pilates and flexibility balancing workshop designed to blend the invigorating, core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with deep, fluid stretches to enhance flexibility, mobility, and recovery.
The workshop starts with a series of dynamic warm-ups, focusing on increasing body temperature and mobility to prepare muscles for movement.
After the dynamic Pilates session,we will pause for a fresh cold pressed juice and nutritious snack before the class transitions into a series of deep, stretches. This portion emphasizes elongating the muscles worked during Pilates, releasing tension, and enhancing flexibility.
The workshop ends with a calming cool-down session, where participants practice breathing techniques and gentle stretches to bring the body and mind into a relaxed state.
