Join Jordan Lindstrom for a deeply restorative evening. Yin yoga is a slow, quieting, and centering practice focusing on the connective tissues of the body. We hold postures anywhere for 5-10 minutes with relaxed muscles. The essence of this practice is yielding and allowing. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that takes the practitioner into a deep state of conscious relaxation. It is a practice of moving awareness from our external world to the inner world and being guided into a state of stillness and peace.
