Join this workshop with Movement Coach Briana Martinez to learn how to: • Reduce tension in your feet • Strengthen the feet and ankles • Improve balance and foot control • Deepen your mind-body connection with your feet • Get more enjoyment out of your connection to the ground! As our main connection to the ground, our feet create the foundation that supports the rest of our bodies. Our ability to connect our feet to the ground in a strong, yet relaxed way determines how well everything else up the chain moves. In this workshop we will work on building a deep relationship to our feet through stretching, activating, and balancing exercises to relieve tension and find more power and control. Less tension and more power in the feet improves our ability to walk, run, hike, and play with more enjoyment and less aches and pains.
