Let's celebrate Mare's birthday with a dance party!

Ever felt the urge to strut on up to the front of your Nia class? Time to test out your teaching chops! Join us for a Community Nia Jam! Our friends and community members will lead the choreography! “Free dance” is also acceptable choreography!

Take a chance and pick your favorite moves to lead the choreography for a dance at February 17th's Jam. Choose a song you'd like to lead and send it to info@soulshinestudios.com by November 12th. Feeling shy? Sign up with a buddy!

We will have a Happy Half-Hour from 6:00 - 6:30pm, dance from 6:30 - 7:30pm, then get happy some more from 7:30 - 8pm.

Dress up in your favorite dancing clothes and come ready to boogie!
