Sound healing is an ancient art form used in various cultures to help guide the individual towards mind, body, and spirit healing.

Elemental Sound Healing taps into the elements of air, water, earth, fire, wood, metal, and ether to create relaxing and meditative soundscapes.

 

In this training you will learn how to use the elements to create beautiful healing sound medicine. You will discover how each element interacts with the others to subtly bring about change within the mind and body while enhancing the spiritual energy within. We will also practice using a wide range of instruments to broaden our sound healing abilities when performing a Sound bath. This Level 1 training will give you a firm foundation to create your own beautiful sound meditation to large groups or one-on-one sessions. No special skills are required for this training. You only need an open mind.

 

Julian J. Desta is an Artist, 200hrYT Instructor /Reiki Level 3 practictioner, & Certified Soundhealing Facility residing in Richmond Va. Always having a passion for the creative arts he was introduced to the practice of Sound Healing and Therapy when given his first singing bowl as a birthday present from a friend. Julian began researching the depths of sound and its powerful healing techniques. 

 

Specializing in a variety of instruments from the didgeridoo, to flutes, singing bowls, and drums Julian has created a unique Sound Healing Experience called Elemental Sound Healing. Discovering relationship between  sound healing and nature he calls on the 4 elements of Air, Wind, Water, and Fire to channel through each practice to bring balance to the human system or what he likes to refer to as homeostasis.
