Join us for a TGNC affirming yoga class.

Our mission is to be able to share the life-changing benefits of yoga with all people.

This yoga class will be held in a warm room at 95 degrees for 60 minutes. All levels are welcome. We teach beginner-friendly postures. It’s ok to take as many breaks as you need to in class.

You may use whichever changing room you prefer. We have a women’s changing space, a men’s changing space and an all-genders changing space.

There is a flight of stairs to enter the yoga school. If you'd like us to turn the elevator on, please email info@hotyogachicago.com or call 773-907-0291 and let us know you need elevator access. Masks are welcome but not required.

Students often wear minimal clothing/no shirts. We welcome you to dress in your most authentic and comfortable clothes.
