Some folks want to workout with a few friends, but not in a group class setting. This membership gives you 8 Private Sessions every month, some of which can be converted into duet or trio sessions for you and your chosen few! Because sometimes “Me Time” needs to include your nearest and dearest.
Can't find a good time for a Private Session? Make use of your Open Studio credits and book yourself some alone time on the equipment. A certified instructor will be present to keep you safe and answer all your questions, but you will get to use Pilates to tune out the world and tune into yourself for an hour.
Who should consider this 3-month commitment? As Private Sessions are the core of this membership, it's all about crafting a plan that meets your needs. Are you too busy to take group classes? This is the membership that will make sure you fit Me Time into your busy life. We recommend this membership to anyone who is pregnant, or new to exercise, as well. It's also a great option for anyone recovering from an injury, or managing chronic pain conditions. Additionally, if you are someone who benefits from more accountability in their fitness journey, or will be more motivated by a personal trainer than a group class, this is the membership for you. We will guide you every step of the way and make sure you are safe, strong, and healthy!
This is a 3 month commitment, instead of a month-to-month contract. Most members who choose this option do so for 3-6 months, and transition into other more affordable options when they feel ready.
“Gimme Some Me Time” includes:
- 8 Private, Duet, and/or Trio sessions every month
- 4 Open Studio sessions every month
- Regular check-ins with your trainer to make sure you are meeting your goals
