The aim of the session could be to manage stress, improve digestion, restore wellbeing, and/or decrease pain and tension. Bridging the connection between the body and the mind, Somatics is a neuromuscular re-education approach offered to empower you to take charge of your own progress. You will receive a detailed follow up email post-session which will include the home practice recommendations we discussed for movement, breath, and personal development.
