This weekend workshop by Beth is a sweeping overview of gentle yoga styles, accessible yoga, Senior Yoga and Chair Yoga. There are special sections for 200/300/500 yoga teachers, teaching methodology, A and P, and the business of Chair Yoga. Teachers in training and curious yoga students alike will enjoy this weekend.

A little bit about Beth:

Beth is the founder of Lifespan Yoga®, Director of Teacher Training, and author of 5 books on Amazon. She began studying and practicing yoga in 1981 and became a yoga teacher in 2010. Beth is an E-RYT 500, a Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher, and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. She is currently writing a book on the 8 Limbs and serves as the Executive Director of the Christina Phipps Foundation.
