• May 6,7 : Yoga Nidra and Pranayama Meditation with Michael Hibberts, AP, ERYT 500
• June 3,4: 4th-Teacher’s Toolbox & the Art of Assisting (cues, nuggets, sequences, themes and more!) with Alyson Foreacre, ERYT 500, 5th- Yogalates and Core Strengthening with Wendy Britts, 500 hour certified
• July 22,23: Reiki Empowerment: Yoga, Meditation & Self Care with Kari Frerker, Reiki Master, RYT200 
• August 5,6: Restorative Yoga Training with Dr. Khristi Keefe, Ed.D., RYT 500
• August 12,13: Yoga and Ayurveda, instructor TBD
• September 9,10: Advanced Chakra Anatomy with Michael Hibberts, AP, ERYT 500
