Intermediate( For the twerker who wants to level up!)

This class is for the casual twerker who is ready to take it to the next level. So you think you can twerk, but can you pop it in a handstand? More specifically a forearm stand?! (LOL) We’ll be throwin that a$$ in a circle, p-poppin upside down, and testing that stamina through quick freestyle routines. Lastly, we’ll take all the moves taught and execute a jumping choreo routine! Just be ready to put those Meghan Knees to work!!
