Pancake (and straddle) shapes are incredibly versatile on the pole and are seen in beginner to elite tricks, however the secret syrup to showcasing a wide spready up in the air lies in active flexibility.
Sirenn will guide you through this intensive session with exercises to unlock mobility and strengthen your end range, with a buttery-milk topping of some non-pole based poses.
BYO socks, blocks, bands and ankle weights to get the most out of this session, but options will be provided. All levels.
Sirenn is your certified Personal Trainer in Pleasers. Her dance style is regarded for her strength, control through transitions, and split lines as well as creative combos. Sirenn provides detailed and progressive instruction using both on and off the pole techniques, leaving you with a greater understanding of how your body works and what it needs to execute safely and efficiently. Sirenn believes that there is a place for everyone to be a badass in pole dance, and that a strong body equals a strong mind and vice versa, therefore her coaching style is nurturing and empowering, and she’s also quite charismatic so you will definitely have fun! Sirenn is the owner of Badass on Brass, a boutique studio in Perth, Western Australia offering in person and virtual private lessons and also teaches regular group classes for Pole Dance Academy Online after being recognised as their 2021 Pole Star. She was a Miss Pole Dance Western Australia Finalist in 2022.
