Breathwork and Reiki are two powerful practices for energetic healing. Used together, students have a unique opportunity to fully connect with your Highest Self - feeling lighter, balanced, inspired, and aligned with purpose. Through these energetic practices you may find increased self-love, clarity, creativity and inner peace whilst releasing stress, anxiety,  grief and other negative emotions.

 

Matt will guide you to use the power of your breath to activate and move your energy, releasing stuck emotions and negative patterns in the process. Following the breathwork, Angela will facilitate Kundalini Reiki healing to help you ground, align, and integrate this energy to help restore health and wellness.
