Bad B*tch - Women's Empowerment Yoga Class

 

Join us at Anderson Yoga Center on Friday, May 3 @ 5:30pm for a Women's Empowerment Celebration Yoga Class, Highlighting the POWER within YOU!

 

Bad B*tch Empowerment Yoga will be a Warm Power Yoga Class with fun music and a strong yoga flow, led by Jen Fortin, to bring out the strength and resilience within you for the upcoming year. Use this 75-minute class to let go of the things that don’t serve you moving into the Spring; to set an intention to step into your power in the months ahead; and bring out the BAD B*TCH in you!
