Each month will have a different theme & focus delivered by one of our Yoga NRG Teachers or Guest Teachers - this month there is an “Eclipse” so we are adding some extra special moments of massage (the massage components are optional just let Dee know on the night if you prefer to be left in your own blisful Yin postures) Dee our amazing Kahuna & Remedial Massage Therapist and Qualified Yoga Teacher who loves teaching more Yin Based Yoga practices will give plenty of space for you just to 'be' and for those who need that additional extra of kind magic touch - you will experience the best of both worlds.
