YOGA FOR BEGINNERS 6-WEEK SERIES - Group 35

AGE RESTRICTION:  21+

This series is designed for those who have little to no experience in yoga and are eager to learn and experience the amazing benefits of a yoga practice. Each class is broken down into a specific curriculum, gradually guiding the students towards a better understanding of yoga.  The classes are smaller so the students are given the attention necessary to grow into their practice, feeling confident to move on to the regular seasoned beginner classes or Yoga for Beginners Level-II groups, when the series is complete. 

Students have free unlimited access to all classes on the regular schedule during their series.

SERIES CANCELLATION POLICY

1) FULL REFUND. Cancellation notifications submitted at least 7 days BEFORE the start of the series will result in a full refund. In lieu of a refund, the Yoga for Beginners Series booking may be transferred to a future session (within 6 months). NOTE: Simply canceling your booking on the app or website does not result in a refund. Written notification MUST be submitted via email to info@palmetto.yoga.

2) REFUND LESS ADMIN FEE. Cancellation notifications submitted 2-6 days BEFORE the start of the series will result in a refund, less the administrative fee of $57. In lieu of a refund, the Yoga for Beginners Seriesbooking may be transferred to a future session (within 6 months) with no fee. 

3) NO REFUNDS. Cancellation notifications submitted less than 48 hours BEFORE the start of the series will result in NO refund. In lieu of a refund, the Yoga for Beginners Series booking may be transferred to a future session (within 6 months) for a transfer fee of $57. 

4). DURING SERIES. Series are non-refundable once started, whether it was attended or not. Once the series has started, if you are unable to continue attending, while non-refundable, the series may be transferred to a future session (if available) for a Transfer Fee. The Transfer Fee is $30 per class remaining in the series at the time of your withdrawal. For example, for a 6-week series, if you provide notification after the 2nd class, you may transfer your series purchase to a future session with a Transfer Fee of $120. PLEASE NOTE: Substituting your place to a friend or family member is not permitted. Any openings in a series will be filled from our waiting list.

It is your responsibility to inform the teacher of any ailments, surgeries, injuries and/or any physical limitations.

COVID-19 – Release Waiver:

I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing. I further acknowledge that Palmetto Yoga, LLC has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I further acknowledge that Palmetto Yoga, LLC cannot guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, studio staff, and other studio clients.

I voluntarily seek services provided by Palmetto Yoga, LLC,and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk to exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending my appointment.

I attest that:

 * I am following all CDC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19.

I hereby release and agree to hold Palmetto Yoga, LLC harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the studio, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Palmetto Yoga, LLC. I understand that this release discharges Palmetto Yoga, LLC from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the studio with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Palmetto Yoga, LLC. This liability waiver and release extends to the studio together with all owners, partners, employees and contractors.
