In this 90 minute workshop, you'll learn key foundations to starting a yoga practice and feel comfortable jumping into any yoga class!
You will learn several postures and techniques, along with essential guidelines on how we get the brain, body and breath to flow harmoniously together. Every body is different, so you'll experience each yoga pose in your own body and recieve foundational cues and or modifications to ensure you're feeling what you need and want to feel while staying safe.
Whether you're new to yoga or been at it a while, you'll have a good time with Megan in our space and learn something new about yourself. Let us share the benefits that yoga can bring to your everyday life!
