Whether you're brand new to yoga or simply want to return to a beginner's mind, this class will cover the basics and water the seeds of curiosity and devotion to your practice. 

Please wear comfortable close that you feel good moving in. Bring water and a curious mind! Be sure to have a light lunch an hour or two before class.

You are welcome to bring your own mat, but if you don't have one, no worries, we've got you covered!
