Description
This program is designed to develop and enhance any athlete's straight-line speed with phases such as acceleration, top end and acceleration being of significant focus, Change of direction (COD) with both predictable and reactive COD being worked on, as well as overall sport specific quickness.

Includes:
- Access to SAQ programmed Training sessions (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
- Initial assessment to determine baseline ability to customize program
- BONUS access to Mobility Training and Weakness Work on Saturdays with TEMPL. Trainers
- BONUS Open Gym access on Sundays 10:30am - 11:30am for independent workouts or make up sessions.
How it works:
- Using your program pass, book online to your preferred time on your designated workout days
- Program is flexible to allow you to book at any preferred time each day (bookable in advance at least 12 hours)
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30am - 9:30am, 4:00-5:00pm, 7:00pm-8:00pm
