We will begin with a brief discussion of the path of yoga and how it brings all of us to inner peace and liberation from our daily sufferings. Then we will wind down into a propped up cocooned out savasana pose, as you rest in deep relaxation, we offer smudge, essential oils and divine sivasna assists. Finally, you will be guided through a chakra balancing Yoga Nidra, leaving you as restored as a full nights sleep.
