The sequential nature of Ashtanga yoga allows you to develop the concentration, strength, flexibility and stamina needed to progress in a safe and balanced manner.
Vicky is a trained Ashtanga teacher and will go through each posture of standing and some seated postures in detail, breaking down the key elements and purpose of each pose in this intro to Ashtanga.
