This program provides 3 months of a customized training plan and weekly check-ins to provide accountability and answer questions. After answering a questionnaire and completing a one-on-one discussion, Chris will prepare a weekly workout plan based upon your goals. The workout plans are designed according to your needs, be it body re-composition or strength. The exercises can be demonstrated one-on-one, or via video so that you are confident you are performing them safely.
