Description
In these 50 hr Yin Yoga Certification course program, you will learn the techniques of Yin Yoga by diving deeper into the theory behind the practice, illustrating the energetic and psychological benefits. Master the art of teaching and learn useful modifications, when needed, and how to safely practice Yin Yoga as well as teach it to others.

Studying Yoga and being able to support others in their journey of self-discovery, mindfulness, and wellbeing can bring incredible joy, balance, and confidence. Learn how to use your new knowledge of teaching and incorporate that into your own unique voice and style.
At the end of this course program, graduates will be awarded with an exclusive LYPA Yin Yoga Teacher Certificate.

Free parking can be provided in the building lot by making prior arrangements with the studio at registration. Recommended to travel with TTC as the Bayview station is located just 2 minutes away. Loblaws and Bayview Village at 8-10 minutes walking distance away for food and beverage if needed.
