What is Hot Yoga?

Every participant will have the opportunity to uniquely ask questions and benefit from the tips and corrections to better understand the key alignments of every posture and its benefits. Learn about the approriate modifications that is uniquely you to help you work towards achieving the most benefits from this series.

Walk away from this class with a deeper understanding of the common phrases that is used by the teacher in class and demonstration of the poses that very often is not seen in the hot room. Expect excellent informative theory backed with some practical demonstration of postures while students are given the opportunity to actively participate. New and regular practitioners will benefit from this workshop.

NOTE: Class will be conducted in a moderate heated room (not the usual Hot Yoga temperature). This allow students to pay attention and take note of the important details of the practical workshop without having to work through the challenge of the heat factor.
