Instructions & What to Expect
Each 1 mL of PURE contains 35 mg of CBD.
As with any CBD product, if this is your first time using PURE, we suggest starting with a half dosage (~17 mg CBD) and swishing PURE in your mouth for about 10 seconds before swallowing. We also suggest waiting 15 minutes – 1 hour before increasing your dosage. Please note that a full stomach may delay effects.
Everybody is unique! Some people benefit from just a few drops, while others might increase to as much as 2-3 full droppers over a few days before their endocannabinoid system (ECS) begins responding. Take time and have patience to find the right dosage for you!
