The Introduction Series is designed to present the key components that make up the foundation of a yoga practice. It is perfect for a beginner or someone who wants to invite more depth into their yoga knowledge.
This series will continue over four weeks and we will focus on a different subject each week.
Week 2: Asana
Week 3: Breathing
Week 4: Meditation
This series is designed so that you could attend all four or pick the subject that you would like to know more about.
Each week there will be a short lecture of the topic and will be followed up with a practice to help you integrate what you learned. You will leave each week knowing the benefits and purpose of each element that we discuss and some practical ways to incorporate them into your group classes or home practice. This can bring purpose into your practice and direct your focus making your yoga practice all the more rich and beneficial.
