Blair will guide you through a blend of yoga and myofascial release that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed...the mimosas are just for FUN.

ALL moms are welcome, your children don't have to be human...we invite fur moms too. ;-)

This class will be an accessible Hatha Yoga/Myofascial Release class appropriate for all levels.

If you have a yoga mat please bring it with you. LYW will have some yoga mats to borrow.
