Duration: 1.5 hours

This Sound Meditation is hosted on a Full Moon where together we harness it's magnified power, making it easier for us to enter deeper and prolonged states of meditation. The Full Moon's energy is about letting go.

Mirosuna’s Sound Meditation is a deep relaxation experience for those who are stressed or need unwinding and recharging. They are highly effective for you if you struggle to get out of your head and get some restful sleep.

Walk into an ambient room that will immediately help you become present in the space, then let us take you through a deep meditation and relaxation session that will melt your thoughts away.

During your experience you will receive:

• a guided meditation experience

• a sound bath in the live tunes of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls

• aromatherapy

By the time you get home, you will feel restored and ready to continue the week with calm and positivity.

Please email hello@mirosuna.com and let us know the full name of your guest so we can put you with each other. Let us know if it is a surprise so we still allocate the ticket but do not email your guest. Please ensure your guests brings all the necessary props.

TO BUY MULTIPLE TICKETS:

What to wear and bring

• Wear comfortable clothing

• A thick warm blanket to cover yourself

• A single or queen sized flat sheet to lay on, on top of our beds provided (beds are 200 cm x 80 cm)

• Optional Items:

  • A water bottle

  • A journal

  • Eye pillow

  • Thick warm socks - this is highly recommended

  • Anything else that will make you more comfortable

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class to allow plenty of time to get settled in as doors will shut strictly on time

• Due to limited available spots, ticket costs are non-refundable but are transferrable to others for the same event

• Please cancel via the Mirosuna app or tell us in advanced if you cannot make the event as soon as you are able
