We are excited to bring you ‘BREATHE, for change’ – a collaboration and experiential breathwork experience between our Founder Sally Kellett and Claire Kenna.

This experience is for those who love using and exploring breathwork as a modality and is particularly good for those struggling with letting go or want to move through resistance to change.

Experience your breath as a visceral, somatic, and embodied experience. Becoming intimate with your breath is a rich opportunity to become intimate with yourself. It’s an opportunity to meet yourself in this beautiful rawness and honesty.  When we forge a conscious union with our breath, we are in direct relationship with our lifeforce. And therefore, in direct relationship with who we are - at the core. 

Our journey together will help you gain the expansive benefits of breathwork, rather than just logically understanding the mechanics of it. From this place you can reach new levels of integration, regulation and awareness. 

This breathwork journey uses a guided conscious connected breathing technique to generate relaxed, non-ordinary states of consciousness. This particular form of breathwork is supportive for you to safely delve into deeper layers of self, explore your unconscious, shift unresolved blocks and emotion, and land you wholly in your body, and heart. 

You will receive your chosen Mirosuna Meditation Oil and Chrysanthemum tea to continue your home practice for the following week to come.

Contraindications: 

It is our highest priority to maintain a safe and supportive environment. Due to the nature of this particular breathwork, the event is not suitable if any of the following conditions apply to you:

- History of epilepsy

- History of seizures

- Schizophrenia  

- Any heart related conditions

- Pregnancy

Due to limited spaces, tickets are transferrable to someone else for the same event but non-refundable.
