Join Sally Kellett for beautiful winter day of soulful mindfulness, meditation, movement and thermal bathing.

Mirosuna is a place of community. A place where like-minded people come together on a journey for more peace, purpose and perspective. It is a place where we care, love and support each other in a welcoming and non-judgemental way - creating a safe and joyful place for all of us.

This retreat day is all about community. It is about us being together.

It is a day of unwinding and being in good company, coming back to our roots to do soulful things and have soulful conversations led by Sally Kellett.

If you don't like bathing, there are other things to do on site too so please do still come along if you are interested as there are so many other activities you may enjoy. Feel free to email hello@mirosuna.com if you are unsure of what activities are suitable for you.

Did you know?

Hot spring bathing helps blood circulation and cell oxygenation, improving our body's digestive and detoxifying capabilities. The magnesium and potassium in the water help promote healthy skin and the boron helps build muscle mass, strengthen bones, and increases brain activity.

Important details:

- Please arrive outside of the the Morocan Pavilion at the Peninsula Hot Springs by 9:50 am which means you will need to arrive on site to park, check in and find the location by 9:35 am just to ensure we are not late and can start at 10 am. Please do not be late.

- We will be in the Morocan Pavilion from 10 am to 2 pm in which there will be a lunch break so you are welcome to bring your own food or get food from the different venues on site. We will eat back at the Morocan Pavilion together

- We will begin bathing at 2 pm and also explore other activities like the sauna, cold plunge etc. It is all up to you what you prefer and feel comfortable with. Our pass ends at 6 pm so you are welcome to stay until the end or if you have to leave earlier, we would totally understand!

- If you are interested in this event, please book ASAP as the bathing passes at the hot springs do run out

Special Instructions

To ensure you have the best experience, please bring the following:

1. Warm comfortable clothing and warm socks

2. Your swim wear for bathing in the hot springs

3. Towel and/or robe - you also have the option to hire this from the Peninsula Hot Springs

4. Snacks if you wish

5. Water bottle

6. A throw if you get cold easily for meditation

7. Journal and pen

8. Optional: Eye pillow

Cancellation Policy

1. This ticket is non-refundable but is transferrable.

2. This event needs a minimum number of participants to go ahead, if the number is not met, we will refund your ticket in full.
