This class offers expectant mothers the opportunity to discover how the practice of yoga can deeply support them throughout their pregnancy.
With guidance, moms-to-be are led through gentle yoga postures designed to support the body through the many changes that happen through each trimester. The instructor will also instruct breath work for pelvic floor health, and meditation techniques to help to maintain a calm mind and steady nervous system to best nourish the little life growing within.
This class can be beneficial for all trimesters and stages of pregnancy; however, it is always recommended to talk to your doctor before coming to a class.
No previous yoga experience is required.
