“Sister Circles” is a transformative 5-week workshop designed to empower women and enhance their overall well-being. Throughout the program, participants will experience a diverse range of activities including various types of yoga, meditation, sound therapy, group activities, massage, reiki, inner child healing, and more! Each session will be filled with opportunities for self-care, growth, and connection with like-minded women. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive guide to continue your practices at homeand in the Studio, ensuring that the benefits extend beyond the class.

We are excited to announce our collaboration with a group of talented women who will be offering Reiki and massage services. We have teamed up with Risen Health in Spruce Grove, who will be providing us with ear seeds for hormonal balancing. Our goal is to provide a holistic approach to health and wellness, catering to both the body and the mind. We can't wait to introduce these new services to our community!

The workshop will be led by the owner of Gaias Studio (A Female Wellness Brand) and will feature a range of women's reproductive health products including Yoni Sauna Boxes, Steaming herbs, herbal tea, clothing, and more, all offered at discounted prices exclusively for workshop participants.
