For people who have taken their first kickboxing class and have their own gloves, we offer this Drop-In option.

Please be prepared to arrive 15-minutes before the scheduled class time and note arriving late or no-show may result in losing your spot in the class, with no refund. We only allow standard boxing gloves with no fingers exposed in our studio. No MMA-style gloves are allowed.

Please schedule your class within 30-days.
