LEARN KICKBOXING

This special is for beginners to try our studio. You will get the VIP treatment in our studio with one of our trainers checking in with you during each and every round. You will also receive a brand new pair of #BestHour Gloves from Century Martial Arts as our gift. They are yours to keep.

During your first class our trainer will:

- You will experience our VIP treatment with a trainer giving you extra attention each and every round.
- Teach you all of the basic punches and kicks we perform in class. You will also learn your first combination.
- Help you decide if our Kickboxing program is right for you by answering all of your questions.

Again, your gloves will be yours to keep. Once you complete this class you can continue your fitness journey with us by paying as you go with our drop-in program or by purchasing a discounted monthly pass.

Our instructors have trained hundreds of people from your community, we welcome all fitness levels and all abilities.  Plan on the actual class lasting between 30 to 60 minutes.
