200 Hour Mat Pilates Teacher Training will prepare you to teach a mat Pilates class with no equipment, props, and small equipment. You will learn the Pilates method, anatomy, posture and movement assessment, how to teach a group class as well as design a program for private sessions. 

This training is 3 weekends (Saturday and Sunday). The following dates will be determined with the group that signs up for the training. Reach out to me if you have any scheduling questions. 

This training costs $1850. A payment plan is available. If you sign up before January you are able to choose a 4 month payment plan of $462.50. In January that payment plan changes to 3 payments at $616.67.

Please plan on attending each weekend. Missing one weekend is 1/3 of the training material. You can read the attendance requirments and make up policy in the Teacher Training Catalogue.
