This class utilizes an intercession of neuroscience, psychology and yoga to help participants learn how to heal from conscious or unconscious adverse experiences.
Each class you will learn the physiology of trauma, how trauma lives in the mind & body, stabilization methods and participate in a moving meditation (yoga) to help steady the mind, be present and reset the nervous system.
Participation in discussion is encouraged but no individualized trauma will be discussed or processed.
