Once you have taken a few Roller Pole classes at Tantra, and you are ready for more, it's time to take Ella's workshop.  Emphasis will be placed more on choreo and slightly harder pole moves.  

* bring your own rollerskates and knee pads

* this is an intermediate workshop, you must know that basics of rollerskating and feel confident inverting.
